Esther van Duijn- van der Zee has extensive experience in supportive interventions for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Currently, Esther serves as the trainer for the HouVast intervention at KAJI, focusing on providing ambulatory care for parents with mild intellectual disabilities facing upbringing challenges. Additionally, Esther supervises the So-Cool program, offering solution-oriented coaching for trainers. Previously, Esther held the role of Manager Interventies at William Schrikker, where responsibilities included overseeing training teams and executing various interventions. Esther's background includes experience as a Project Coordinator and Team Manager, along with early work as a facilitator for actors with intellectual disabilities. Esther holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Pedagogical Assistance and has completed specialized training in So-Cool supervision.
