John Dundas Bsc Mrics

John Dundas BSc MRICS is an experienced asset and portfolio manager with a significant background in public-private partnership projects. Currently serving as the Portfolio Account Manager and Senior Asset Manager at Kajima Europe since March 2015, John oversees all Scottish PPP/NPD contracts, notably managing the operational phase of the £34 million Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service centre in Edinburgh. Prior experience includes a role as General Manager/Project Director at John Laing, where John managed the development of the £293 million Forth Valley Royal Hospital and the refurbishment of 19 new schools, as well as duties related to the Cleveland and Durham Police Tactical Training Centre. John's career began at Mott MacDonald as a Senior Project Manager, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management and operations across various sectors.
