Sangah Park

SangAh Park is an experienced product manager currently working at Kakao Corp since January 2023, focusing on the planning and management of an AI Chatbot Builder Platform, with a particular emphasis on researching large language model technology and applying retrieval-augmented generation features. Prior to this role, SangAh served as a UX Researcher at the User Experience Lab of Seoul National University from September 2020 to February 2023, where problem definition and insights were derived through log-based user behavior analysis, alongside planning chatbot conversations and creating prototypes for user research. SangAh holds a Master of Engineering in Intelligence and Information with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction from Seoul National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Korean Language Education and Psychology from Korea University.
