Effon Khoo

Effon Khoo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Effon founded Kakitangan.com in 2015, a HR software company that focuses on simplifying administrative tasks. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager of the Enterprise Business Unit at ChinaCache, where they achieved significant revenue and profit growth. Effon also worked at Microsoft as a Program Manager, where they played a key role in the development and release of multiple software products. Effon served as a Technical Consultant at Kofax, working with clients in several countries and eventually establishing a regional office in Shanghai. Before that, Effon founded MyRFID and designed RFID solutions, generating substantial revenue. Effon began their career as an Executive in Corporate Finance at AmInvestment Bank Berhad, managing IPO projects for technology companies. Effon's early experience includes working as a Software Engineering Tutor at Monash University and as a Software Engineer at PrintSoft. Throughout their career, Effon has demonstrated strong leadership, entrepreneurship, and technical expertise.

Effon Khoo completed a Bachelor of Computing degree at Monash University from 1998 to 2000. During this time, their field of study included Object-Oriented (OO) programming and design. Effon then pursued a Master of Information Technology degree at Monash University from 2001 to 2002, specializing in Design Patterns and C#/C++ programming.
