Mohamed Abdelghaffar

Mohamed Abdelghaffar has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as a Medical Doctor at Mansoura University School of Medicine. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Neurosurgery Resident at MUH & ASU Universities Hospitals in Egypt. In 2016, they served as a Medical Teaching Assistant at Newgiza University - NGU. In 2018, they became an Honorary Research Fellow at Imperial College London. In 2020, they founded Kaktus AI and currently holds the position of Founder & CEO. Mohamed also worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Founder Institute from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they took on the role of NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Fellow at NHS.

Mohamed Abdelghaffar completed their Doctor of Medicine (MD) with Upper First Class Honors from Mansoura University School of Medicine in 2015. Mohamed later pursued further education and obtained an MSc and DIC in Neuroscience from Imperial College London in 2018.
