Tammy Cates has over 26 years of experience in business analysis and software development, currently serving as the Team Lead for Business Analysis at Kal Tire since September 2000. In this role, Tammy leads the Business Analysis practice and sets standards for the Business Analysis Center of Excellence. Prior positions at Kal Tire include Business Requirements and Process Lead, Senior Business Analyst - Solution Delivery, and Enterprise Data Architect, showcasing expertise in enterprise applications, technical support, and system administration. Prior to Kal Tire, Tammy was a Software Developer at Lakeland College, focusing on ERP implementation. Tammy holds an educational background from the College of New Caledonia, where studies were completed between 1995 and 1997.
