Swapna More has extensive experience in business development and operations, currently serving as Country Head and a Member of the KAL India Board of Directors since September 2007. In this role, Swapna oversees initiatives for India and the Middle East within a global software company that specializes in the ATM industry. Prior to joining KAL, Swapna held positions such as Executive Assistant Finance & Budgeting at B.E.S.T from September 1998 to August 2007 and Sales Associate at thyssenkrupp Materials France from March 1997 to August 1998. Swapna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales and Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management & Research and completed a Company Director's Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2015.
