Fénelix Paulino

Fénelix Paulino is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system engineering and administration. Currently serving as an IT Senior System Engineer at Kala Pharmaceuticals since March 2021, Fénelix manages escalated support issues and oversees global Office 365 administration, including Azure and Exchange. Prior to this role, Fénelix worked at The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in multiple capacities from 2007 to 2020, culminating in the role of IT Administrator, where Fénelix spearheaded the implementation of Office 365 and enhanced remote collaboration tools. Earlier experience includes positions at Bronx Community College as a Telecommunication and Internet Technician, where Fénelix supervised campus wiring projects and maintained networking equipment. Fénelix holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Lehman College and an Associate of Science in Computer Applications and Programming from CUNY Bronx Community College.
