Vatsala Hali

Vatsala Hali is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Program Director at Kalaari Capital since March 2023, Vatsala leads initiatives supporting female founders through the CXXO fund. Vatsala is also the Founder of Urzuv, a bootstrapped fashion label that showcases Kashmiri craftsmanship and distributes products across several major marketplaces. Previously, Vatsala held key marketing and communications roles at WisdomCircle, Ola, and McCann Erickson, where responsibilities included employer branding, communication strategies, and client servicing for notable brands. Vatsala holds an MBA in Communication and Media Studies from Symbiosis International University and a B.Tech in Biotechnology from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology.
