Susan Lindemann

Susan Lindemann has extensive experience in facilities management and engineering. From January 2018 to September 2021, Susan served as Associate Vice President for Facilities Management and previously as Director of Facilities Management at Kalamazoo College, where responsibilities included full-time leadership and performance management. Prior experience includes Head of the Facilities Management Department at Kalamazoo Public Library from August 2011 to December 2017, overseeing operations, planning, maintenance, logistics, security, and project management for district libraries. At American Greetings from January 2000 to August 2011, Susan held roles as Engineering Manager, focusing on manufacturing operations and root cause analysis, and as Sr. Project Engineer, supervising the Project Engineering group. Early in the career, various roles were held at Stanley Steemer. Susan holds an MS in Engineering Management and a BS in Printing, both from the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Western Michigan University.
