Russ Faulk

Russ Faulk is an accomplished design and product leader with a diverse background in customer experience and design management. Currently serving as the CXO and Head of Product at Pleina Group since January 2024, Russ has also held the position of Chief Designer and Head of Product at Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet since May 2005. With expertise in various design fields, Russ has contributed as Principal at Synetro since May 2001 and previously excelled as Senior Consultant and Director of the eBusiness Development Center at CSC Consulting from 1999 to 2001. Early career experiences include a role as Design Director at PVI Communications, managing a team of 30 designers, and as a Designer at Ligature, Inc., where Russ developed educational materials. Russ holds a BFA in Design from Washington University in St. Louis, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
