The Library Services Team at Kalamazoo Public Library is dedicated to enhancing the patron experience both online and in-person. They manage patron accounts, circulate library materials, and develop engaging youth and adult programming. Additionally, they work on community outreach initiatives, provide reference and research assistance, and continuously improve library services to meet community needs.
