Allison MacIas

Allison Macias is an accomplished Senior Supply Chain Manager and Global Planner at Kalsec Inc., with extensive experience in supply chain management, customer service, and project leadership. Since March 2014, Macias has led various initiatives to maintain high service levels and optimize inventory costs, including developing strategies for sales and operations planning, managing a significant demand plan, and serving as a subject matter expert in ERP systems. Previously, Macias held leadership roles at Abbott, overseeing production teams and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, as well as contributing to cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Educationally, Macias holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
