Rick Kile

Richard Kile is an accomplished supply chain management executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Kalas Manufacturing, Inc. since July 2014. Kile oversees company-wide supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and S&OP, while also managing IT operations and the integration of a new ERP system. Prior to this role, Kile held various leadership positions at Kalas Manufacturing, including Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities included managing a multi-plant production operation and ensuring quality systems compliance. Kile's earlier roles included key engineering and operations positions at Tyco Electronics and AMP Incorporated. Kile holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University.
