Charles "Chad" W. has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles within the firearms industry. Charles "Chad" currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at ZRODelta, a position they have held since 2017. In addition, they also hold the role of Chief Executive Officer at Kalashnikov USA, starting in 2023. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Firearms Industry Consultant from January to September 2023. Before entering the firearms industry, they held the positions of CEO and CIO at Palmetto State Armory from 2016 to 2023. Charles "Chad" also served as the CIO at Security Finance from 2008 to 2016. Earlier in their career, they held the title of Director, Technical Services at Advance America from 2000 to 2008. Charles "Chad" began their career in 1998 as part of the MIS Operations team at Newark Electronics.
