Jessica Docken, M.A., SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR leadership. As a Partner at Growth Operators since August 2017, Jessica has built a successful HR practice with a team of over a dozen practitioners. Prior roles include Director of Human Capital at RetraceHealth, where Jessica established the HR function from the ground up, and Senior Director of Human Resources at NEWSCYCLE Solutions, overseeing a global workforce of over 350 employees. Notable achievements include implementing corporate wellness initiatives at Communications Systems, Inc. and managing substantial HR budgets at Transition Networks. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree from Hamline University.
