Mike Egan is a seasoned Customer Success and Account Management Executive with over 20 years of experience supporting SaaS companies in scaling through customer-led and product-led growth. They have held leadership roles at notable companies including Corepoint Health, BenchSci, and Stack Sports, consistently driving retention and expansion through strategic account management and the implementation of customer success tools. Currently, Mike serves as the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Kalderos and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium. As an inaugural fellow of the On Deck Customer Success Fellowship, they are also dedicated to mentoring the next generation of customer success professionals.
