Tarık Turgut

Tarık Turgut is an experienced aerospace engineer with a strong background in configuration and change management, currently serving as a Senior Configuration and Change Manager at Kale Arge since September 2021. Tarık has effectively implemented CM2 methodologies, managing the integration of significant data into PTC Windchill PLM. Previous roles include leading cross-functional teams as a Senior Technical Project & Change Leader, and performing system engineering responsibilities, demonstrating proficiency in project coordination, requirements management, and risk assessment. Prior experiences encompass roles at Yon Aero and Onur Air Taşımacılık A.Ş. in maintenance engineering, and a research and development engineering role at Maxwell Innovations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree from Istanbul Technical University and a Master of Science in Product Lifecycle Management from Ege University, expected in 2026.
