Tarik Nally

Tarik Nally is the principal and founder of Kale & Flax, a design studio that specializes in user interfaces for web and mobile. Prior to starting Kale & Flax, Tarik was the Senior Art Director at Mightily, where they worked with clients to create easy-to-use and beautiful interfaces that offer visitors a true brand experience. Before Mightily, Tarik was the VP of Strategy & Branding at RMI Global Innovation, a startup venture that developed POS solutions and mobile applications for high ticket retailers. At RMI, Tarik was responsible for the company's strategic vision, creative direction and messaging, branding and visual design, UI/UX design, product development and go-to-market strategy, pricing strategy, talent recruitment and retention, copywriting and online content, driving internal and external innovation, and resource management.

Tarik Nally received their MBA in design and entrepreneurship from Xavier University. Tarik also holds a bachelor's degree in design and advertising from the University of Kentucky.
