Kelli Harsch is an experienced attorney with a focus on real estate and housing finance. Since October 2007, Kelli has represented developers, investors, and syndicators at Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen, specializing in multi-tiered debt and equity financing structures involving low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, and various funding programs. Kelli also has a role as a licensed real estate broker at Kale Realty since March 2016. Prior experience includes serving as staff counsel at Business and Professional People for the Public Interest, a summer associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, a legal intern at LAF, and as a legislative aide in the United States Senate. Kelli holds a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
