Dr. Ian Barrett

Dr. Ian Barrett, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Kaleida Health, Dr. Barrett has previously held significant positions such as Regional Vice President of Human Resources at BJC HealthCare, Associate Vice President of Human Resources Talent Management at UTMB Health, Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources at UMass Medical School, and Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Barrett earned an EdD in Adult and Continuing Education from The University of Georgia and an MBA in Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
