Jamie Shrock

Jamie Shrock, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a comprehensive and diverse work experience in various senior leadership roles. They are currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Kaleida Health, overseeing the delivery of HR programs and services across multiple client sites. Prior to this, Jamie worked at Circuit Clinical as the Senior Director of People Operations and Culture, and later as the Director of People Operations and Culture. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the organization's HR and cultural initiatives. Before that, Jamie served as the Director of Talent Management at Elderwood/Post Acute Partners, where they developed and implemented talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies. They also worked at CannonDesign as the Vice President and Director of Organization Development, contributing to the success of the firm through organizational consulting and coaching. At Seneca Gaming Corporation, Jamie held the position of Executive Director of Training and Organizational Development, where they designed and implemented training programs aligned with the organization's objectives. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at M&T Bank, including Administrative Vice President and Manager of Compensation Services, Corporate Training & Development, and the M&T Commitment Program. Jamie's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Jamie Shrock holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Music in Bassoon Performance at Case Western Reserve University. They also pursued Bassoon Performance at Oberlin College. Jamie Shrock holds multiple certifications, including a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. They also have certifications in The DiSC Profile, HR Certification for Indian Country, Workplace Big Five, DDI Leadership Mirror 360, DDI Card Sort, Benchmarks 360, NEO-PI-R Five Factor Model of Personality, and MBTI: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
