Jocelyn Belisle has a diverse background in performance improvement, education, and environmental engineering. Currently working at Kaleida Health since September 2007, Jocelyn holds the title of Manager, Strategic Planning and Implementation. With previous experience at Winans Academy of Performing Arts and LimnoTech, Jocelyn's skills in process improvement and project management are well-rounded. Graduating with degrees from University of Michigan and University at Buffalo, Jocelyn is a dedicated professional with a strong academic background.
