Lorraine Duthe

Lorraine Duthe currently serves as the Vice-President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Privacy Officer at Kaleida Health, a position held since August 2006, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide corporate compliance program and managing a team focused on compliance audits related to various regulatory areas.
