Victoria Belniak

Victoria Belniak has extensive experience in the legal and healthcare sectors. Victoria worked at Kaleida Health from 2015 to the present, holding roles such as Vice President of Internal Audit and Corporate Compliance and Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer. In these positions, they supported the implementation of a robust compliance program across Kaleida Health and its affiliates, managing a team of professionals, assessing compliance risks, and providing guidance on protected health information integrity and operational quality. Prior to joining Kaleida Health, they worked at Zurich North America as a Senior Healthcare Claims Specialist from 2007 to 2015. Victoria also worked as an Associate Attorney at Wilson Elser from 2005 to 2007.

Victoria Belniak received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Hamilton College in the years 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University at Buffalo School of Law between the years 2002 and 2005.
