Vanessa Johnson, MBA has over 8 years of professional experience in operations, project management, and business operations. Vanessa began their career in 2012 as a Sexual and Reproductive Health Educator, Customer Service Representative, and Administrative Manager at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. In 2014, they joined CITYMD as a Patient Care Coordinator. In 2017, they joined Kaleido Health Solutions, Inc. as a Business Operations Manager, where they were responsible for evaluating corporate analytics requirements across business functions and introducing and directing cross-functional projects. Vanessa was then promoted to Director of Operations, in which they crafted job descriptions, conducted interviews and hiring, managed training programs, and administered on-boarding and off-boarding of all human resources. Finally, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations, where they lead, coordinates, and manages finance and revenue management operations, human resources, compliance, clinical, and legal operations, and increases volume/user retention for 675K+ enrolled users on Planned Parenthood Direct application.
