Carl Carter

Carl Carter is an experienced educator and professional with a background in teaching and investigative work. Currently serving as a Teacher at Kaleidoscope Education Solutions since August 2022, Carl also holds the position of Paraprofessional Educator with Kaleidoscope Education Services since January 2021. In addition, Carl has been an Agent and Investigative Intern at CCPO since June 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Eastern University, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations from Thomas Edison State University, and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Esperanza College of Eastern University. Additionally, Carl is a Certified Fraud Examiner, specializing in Institutional Fraud, since 2013 through ACFE.
