Carole M. Flounders holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Early Childhood Education and Teaching as well as Special Education from Cabrini University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. Carole M. Flounders has diverse experience in the education sector as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at the Delaware County Intermediate Unit since February 2022, and as a Teacher at Kaleidoscope Education Solutions since September 2021. Previous roles include a Paraprofessional and Literacy Aide at Radnor School District, and several positions as a Pre-K Teacher across various institutions, including A Child's Place and Cambridge Montessori Preschool and Daycare. In addition to teaching, Carole M. Flounders has held roles outside of education, such as Admissions Counselor at Strayer University and Regional Sales Manager at ARCAT.
