Amanda Erickson

Amanda Erickson is an experienced professional dedicated to serving LGBTQIA+ youth, currently holding the position of Senior Associate Director of Programs & Operations at Kaleidoscope Youth Center, Inc. since November 2017. Amanda's strategic leadership has significantly contributed to the development and implementation of departmental goals, alongside overseeing the Education and Outreach program, where outreach initiatives have expanded notably under Amanda's guidance. Prior roles at KYC include Director of Education & Outreach and Education & Training Manager, where Amanda successfully built the education department and adapted training methodologies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous experience includes roles at Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio, Girl Scouts of Ohio's Heartland, and Peace Corps. Amanda holds a Professional Certificate in Public and Nonprofit Leadership from the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Bowling Green State University.
