Gene Celso

Gene Celso has a strong background in design and media, with a focus on product design. Gene most recently served as the Head of Design at Kalepa starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Designer at Sirona Medical from January 2022 to April 2022. From October 2019 to December 2021, Gene was the Design Director at Nines. Gene also has experience as a Senior Designer and Media Lead at SYPartners from July 2016 to July 2019, and at IDEO from October 2005 to January 2015.

Gene Celso completed their Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications and Electrical Engineering from San Francisco State University in the years 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, between 1999 and 2000, they attended the Academy of Art University, focusing on Design and Visual Communications.
