Tanya Wick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Chair of the Advisory Committee at Kalesnikoff since December 2023, Tanya provides strategic counsel and mentorship to support the company's growth. Previously, as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources, Health, Safety and Environment at the University of Alberta from June 2021 to September 2023, Tanya shaped strategic HR initiatives for executive leadership. From May 2010 to June 2021, Tanya held the role of Vice President, People & Services at Tolko Industries, where Tanya was the first female executive in the company's history, spearheading HR strategies and workplace culture reforms. Earlier in Tanya's career, as the General Manager of Human Resources at SaskPower from 2006 to 2010, strong relationships between union and management were fostered, enhancing communication and developing new programs. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, a Master Certificate in Project Management, and professional development at UBC Sauder School of Business and Queen's University.
