Erna Josiah-Davis

Erna Josiah-Davis, MSN, NNP, CNS, currently serves as the Advanced Practice Manager for the Pediatric/Neonatal APP department and as the Interim NP Supervisor for the Neonatal/Pediatric Department at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals since November 2022. With extensive experience at the University of California, San Francisco, starting from January 1996, Erna co-chairs the JEI Committee on the APP Advisory Board and holds a position as an Associate Clinical Professor, where responsibilities include mentoring nursing students and evaluating comprehensive exams. Additionally, Erna has been a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital San Francisco since July 1995, focusing on the management of critically ill newborns, and has held various teaching and clinical roles within the American Academy of Pediatrics and other organizations. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Neonatology from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Loma Linda University.
