Currently serving as the Head of Sales at Kalinka Middle East since May 2021, Kirill leads the sales department for a prominent real estate brokerage in the UAE, focusing on team development and sales achievement. As a Managing Partner at SHIFT Agency, a digital marketing agency founded in June 2011, Kirill has driven digital strategy, creative solutions, and comprehensive communication campaigns. Previous roles include Head of Event Department at GLOBAL Point Agency and General Manager at TRENDS4BRANDS Life Style Communications, where Kirill managed multifaceted projects and established agencies from the ground up. Kirill's career began at R.S.V.P. Agency BBDO Group as Client Service Director, overseeing project management and client relations. Kirill holds a Master's degree in Journalism from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
