Mauro Serafini

Mauro Serafini has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and event organization. Currently serving as a System Administrator and Team Leader at Apra Informatica since January 2017, Mauro is responsible for managing client infrastructures and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previously, Mauro worked as a freelance IT and Network Technician from May 2009 to December 2016, focusing on the planning and installation of networks for small and medium-sized enterprises. Mauro also founded an association dedicated to event organization and volunteered at Ospedale C. e G. Mazzoni, where responsibilities included organizing medical equipment and improving operational efficiency. Additional experience includes roles as a Sound Engineer and Lights Technician at Service ARTS and as a Hardware and Software Technician at Centro Italia Notebook Service. Mauro holds a degree from Università Politecnica delle Marche, completed in 2020.
