Inga Thomas

Inga Thomas has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Inga started their career as a Help Desk Technician at Stefanini US in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Inga then joined TEKsystems as a Computer Technician and was responsible for providing application support, training, asset management, and data migration. In 2018, Inga worked as a Desktop Support Specialist on a contract basis for The Dow Chemical Company. In 2019, they worked as a Windows 10 contract technician at Mercy Health before moving on to their current role as a Lead IT Technician at Kalitta Air.

Inga Thomas has a diverse education history. Inga attended Computertraining.edu in 2009-2010, where they studied IT/Networking. Prior to that, they earned an A.S. degree in Science from Schoolcraft College in 2000-2002. In 1998-2000, they pursued a degree in Phlebotomy from Eastern Michigan University, focusing on Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist. In addition to their formal education, Inga has obtained certifications including being a Microsoft Certified Technician and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) from Microsoft.
