Meenakshi Lekshmanan

Meenakshi Lekshmanan has extensive work experience in order and delivery management. Meenakshi started their career at Infosys BPO in 2010 as a Senior Process Executive, working on order management for Arrow Electronics. Meenakshi then moved on to TE Connectivity in 2013, where they served as a Senior Associate in order management, handling SAP and Sales Force systems for EMEA customers. At Kalkitech, Meenakshi held various roles, including Lead in order and delivery, Manager in order and delivery, and currently a Senior Manager in order and delivery. Meenakshi has been responsible for building a strong delivery and operations organization, driving delivery teams, managing customer relationships, and achieving organizational goals and customer satisfaction targets. Meenakshi has also been involved in training programs, handling escalations, and conducting team meetings throughout their career.

Meenakshi Lekshmanan completed a Bachelor of Science degree from Kerala University in Thiruvananthapuram from 2007 to 2010.
