Jeff Mace

Jeff Mace started their work experience in 1999 as a Computer Labs Student Manager at the University of Richmond, where they supervised the operations of computer labs and evaluated lab assistants. Jeff then worked at Telenetwork, Inc, starting in 2000, initially as a Level 1 Internet Service Support Technician, and later as a Level 2 Internet Service Support Technician, where they resolved technical problems and provided training to new employees. In 2002, they became Technical Support Teamleader, supervising a call center and managing professional development.

In 2004, Mace joined AutoGas Systems, Inc as a Quality Assurance Technician, testing Point of Sale software and communicating issues with the development team. Jeff also worked as a Software Deployment Specialist, staging systems, installing hardware, and creating images using Symantec Ghost.

From 2006 to 2022, Mace worked at Bar-Z Mobile Development as a Mobile Release Engineer, responsible for functional testing of various software and hardware components, and configuring and publishing mobile apps to app stores.

Most recently, in 2022, Mace joined Kalkomey Enterprises, LLC as a QA Engineer.

Jeff Mace attended Texas State University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science.
