Anne Clubb

Anne Clubb is a skilled Product Designer with a diverse background in user experience and product development. Currently employed at Kallidus since October 2022, Anne plays a key role in refining a comprehensive suite of HR and L&D software following the acquisition of Sapling, where Anne also contributed as a Product Designer from October 2021 to October 2022. Prior experience includes leading a design team at Venngage, managing user research processes, and tackling technical projects aimed at enhancing user experience. Anne previously worked at RBC in various design roles, developing innovative solutions in both T&O Innovation and RBC Amplify. Early career experiences include technical and mentorship roles in municipal and educational settings, building a foundation in communication and technical skills. Anne holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo.
