Brett Gillman is an accomplished Learning Design professional with extensive experience in developing innovative digital learning solutions across various companies. Currently serving as Learning Design Team Lead at Kallidus, Brett manages a growing team and oversees the production of digital courses and off-the-shelf learning materials. Previous roles include Learning Designer at Specsavers, where Brett created cutting-edge learning solutions, and Senior Learning Designer at Sponge, specializing in complex projects involving interactive media. With a foundational background in instructional design, Brett has worked with distinguished organizations such as Fenturi and DAS, demonstrating expertise in designing and delivering e-learning modules, training programs, and managing Learning & Development strategies. Brett’s educational qualifications include a Diploma in Learning & Development from the Development Processes Group/CIPD and an MSc in International Relations from the University of Bristol.
