Martin Farrow has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and engineering. Martin began their career in 1994 at AudioSoft, where they worked as a Software Engineer and later became the SonarPC Product Manager. At AudioSoft, they played a critical role in the design and development of various training products, including SonarPC and TrainerPC, which were used for training submariners. Martin also contributed to the development of the AudioPC product, deployed at UK RAF bases. In 2000, Martin joined Kallidus as a Senior Software Developer, where they contributed to the design and development of the Kallidus Learning Management System. Martin later progressed to become the Head of Software Development, responsible for designing and developing learning management, performance, talent, and succession products for Kallidus. In 2016, Martin took on the role of Head of Engineering at Kallidus.
