Anand Kulkarni

Anand Kulkarni is a Systems Engineering Lead at Kalmar since September 2024, responsible for developing strategies and governing Systems Engineering processes, as well as leading the implementation of tools and providing training. Prior to this, Anand served as a Senior Consultant and Requirements Manager at SIRI AB, providing process improvement consulting, and held roles as Senior Technical Leader and Technical Leader at Aptiv. Earlier experience includes positions at Schneider Electric as Associate Lead - Firmware, at Volvo Trucks India as Senior Software Engineer focused on software integration for ECUs, and at KPIT Cummins Infosystems, where Anand developed software according to UDS applications. Anand also has experience at Nelco Ltd and Automatic Electric Limited in engineering and development roles. Anand holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, a PG Diploma in Embedded Systems and RTOS, and has completed German language studies.
