Sander Trarbach

Sander Trarbach is an all-round business improvement professional and an MBA candidate, currently serving as the Head of Service Operations Development at Kalmar. With a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and Delft University of Technology, respectively, Sander has extensive experience in roles such as Senior Aftertreatment Performance Engineer at DAF Trucks NV and Business Improvement Manager at Merford. A PACCAR certified Six Sigma Black Belt, they have successfully coached multiple continuous improvement projects, resulting in significant cost savings. Sander is passionate about leveraging digital tools to enhance processes and drive innovation within international teams.
