Steven Ackling

Steven Ackling is an experienced professional in automation and technology management with a strong background in customer support services across various industries. Currently serving as the Automation Support Services Manager at Kalmar since July 2012, Steven oversees the delivery of robotics software technology support for container handling equipment in the APAC region, focusing on customer relationship building and contract negotiations. Prior roles include Automation Support Manager at Patrick Corporation, GM of Information Technology at Sydney Ports Corporation, Senior Project Manager at Logica, and National IT Manager at Australian Defence Industries. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Sydney and a Master Project Director degree in Project Management from the Australian Institute of Project Management.
