Szymon Rymaszewski

Szymon Rymaszewski is an experienced professional in supply chain governance and strategy, currently serving as the Integrated Supply Chain Governance & Strategy Lead at Kalmar since March 2023. Prior to this role, Szymon spent nearly a decade at Cargotec in various managerial positions, including CI & Technical Manager, where responsibilities encompassed supply chain optimization, continuous improvement, and facility maintenance. Szymon has a strong background in leading improvement logistics projects, managing internal logistics processes, and enhancing production efficiency through Lean methodologies. Educationally, Szymon holds a Master of Science in Management and Production Engineering from the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, obtained in 2010.
