Kelsie Cullen

Kelsie (Elchert) Cullen started their work experience in 2017 at The Mennel Milling Company as a Quality Assurance Technician. Kelsie then joined Kalmbach Feeds Inc. in 2021, taking on roles such as Ingredients Quality Technician and Quality Ingredient Specialist. Kelsie later advanced to become the Laboratory Team Lead, where they demonstrated leadership by improving processes, task management, customer service, and operational efficiency. Throughout their roles, Kelsie has shown a strong focus on quality control, process improvement, and ensuring accurate analysis in the lab environment.

Kelsie (Elchert) Cullen attended Columbian High School up until 2012.
