Elaine obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis in the years 1981 to 1986. After completing their undergraduate studies, Elaine pursued a Certificate Program in Nuclear Pharmacy from Mercer University's College of Pharmacy in 1988.
