Kunal's expertise encompasses business development and land deal pipelines, having successfully delivered projects totaling 7 Lakh sq ft while also managing strategic analysis roles at Medo Chem Laboratory and The Smart Cube. Kunal holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian School of Business, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Delhi College of Engineering.
