Sandeep Jha

Sandeep Jha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and banking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of CRM at Kalpataru Limited since May 2019, Sandeep previously held various leadership roles at Lodha Group from April 2012 to May 2019, including Deputy Vice President and Segment Head of Customer Care. Prior positions also include Assistant Vice President of NRI Business at IndusInd Bank, Senior Manager at HDFC Bank, and Product Manager at ICICI Bank's International Banking Group. Sandeep's career began in marketing and customer service roles at Sahara Prime City Limited, CLIC Qatar Trading Company, and The Times of India. Academically, Sandeep holds a One Year International Business Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Productivity and Management, along with qualifications in Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Lucknow.
