Merin Thomas has extensive experience in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as an Executive in Learning and Development at Kalpita Technologies Private Limited since January 2022. Previously, Merin worked as a Senior Human Resources Associate at EXL Service from November 2018 to February 2022.
