Michelle Hurn

Michelle Hurn has over a decade of experience in customer experience and success roles, currently serving as Senior Customer Experience Manager at Kalsec Inc. since October 2019, where Michelle has also held positions as Customer Experience Manager and Customer Experience Supervisor. Prior experience includes roles at Ceterus, where Michelle was Manager of Customer Success and Team Lead in Customer Success, and at National City Bank in Treasury Management Client Care. Earlier in her career, Michelle worked as an Operations Assistant at MVision Private Equity Advisers. Michelle Hurn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Exercise Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University, earned between 2004 and 2007.
